Where does constexpr start and where it ends

In this talk I will talk how constant evaluated code is evaluated in C++ as it is developed. What it is capable of, what still is not possible to do. What should be and what shouldn't be and why. I hope to show you some obscure bits of the language and mostly to have fun.
